There is a thread in Hot Deals where people are talking about the overclockability of the RAM. Did any of you here purchase that RAM? How type of RAM and how far were you able to get?

I have a single sided 256MB PC2100 module with -TCA0 on the chips and markings CTL on samsung PCB.
I also have a double sided 256MB PC2100 module with -TCB0 on the chips and markings M381L3313T1 Rev 1.0 on samsung PCB.

I haven't opened the packaging and I Just wanted to know how good these are.

PNY memory is very overclockable. I have a stick of 64mb PC100 that goes up to around 145MHz @CAS 2. I also have a 256mb stick that goes up to 150MHz @CAS 2 and all of the other timings maxed out. I personally love the Infineon chips because they are really high quality.

Like Lizardman, I picked up a -TCA0 with CTL on the PCB and -TCB0 with unrecognizable pcb codes.

Anybody here successful in overclocking -TCB0s?
