Ok people, here is my dillema. i am one of the idiots who went out and bought the supermicro 760a case just because i THOUGHT i needed it. Now this sucker is way too loud. I am going to replace the powersupply fan with a panaflow to keep things quiet. The powersupply fan on my ablecom 300 watt powersupply has a 2 PIN connector. Now, i have never seen anyfan with this connector anywhere. It does not use a 3 pin connector, i have tried. Where can i get these 2 pin converters, if they exist??? my only other option is to snake the fan wire through my powersupply case and use a molex connector.

Just cut the 2 pin connector from the fan in the power supply and solder and heatshrink it onto the negative and positive leads of the panaflow. I would also use heatshrink to cover up the third wire (RPM) from the panaflow as you don't want it making contact with anything in the power supply.

Soldering? Why scare the guy. Head to Radio Crack and get some squeeze connectors, part # 64-3053. Cut the 2 pin connector off of the existing fan leaving some slack wire on the connector side. Strip off about 1/4" of insulation. Installation instructions for the squeeze connectors are on the back of the package. Put your PS back together and enjoy the silence. I Panaflo'd my 300W Powerman in this fashion.
