How old is OLD enough?

That's NOT what I mean you pervs!

I mean we ALL have to go sometime.

How old is too old, how long would you want to live?

And how old are you NOW?

Me, I'm 50 and as much as I hurt NOW, I can't imagine wanting to last past 80 or so TOPS!

my grandfathers died at 55 and 65 (roughly)

my dad has a lung problem , he is 65, he'll be doing good to make it to 70

so i figure the best i can hope for is 70, but it'll be 60-65 if i don't take care of my heart better/excercise

i am 39

i suspect 65-70 is how long i will live.

cancer runs in the family + reynaud's syndrome (poor blood flow despite having a strong heart) = early death

There's a difference between chronological age and biological age.

But 80 years is old for pretty much everyone.

With today's knowledge on health, I plan to make it to 100-120 or so. When I'm 80, I hope to be in the shape that most people are in their mid 50s.

I agree with your last statement to a certain extent. Except I expect to live forever 😛

Nah, for real though, I dont wanna die. Not sure why anyone would really want to die. I don't have to be in perfect condition to enjoy myself. *shrugs*

Risk takers generally don't grow as old - so all of you 120 wannabe's better stop using cell phones and other technologies that aren't proven, stop worrying about your 401K, start nurturing your spiritual side (even if you won't admit you have one), start eating right, and doing exercise. Or to put it bluntly, start living a rigorous rural lifestyle...

And stop posting here!

I would say 70 for the average person or close to that number. If you have a healthy lifestyle then maybe 80 years till you die or beyond. It's all about how you live your life.
