How old do you have to be to buy spray paint

I believe that its illegal to sell spraypaint to anyone under age 18 (at least here in Minnesota). At any rate, you'll be able to buy it wherever you go.
 
Rofl.. that's hillarious.. here in PA you can buy it at any age really... Walk into the local auto store and buy it.. that is so rediculous.. 18.. haha.. man they make it sound like it's alchohol or something.. how stupid.
 
The idea is that kids might use it as a drug. Do I think not letting kids buy it would prevent them from getting their hands on it if they wanted to? No, I do not.
 
You must be at least 18 here in California. I always figured it was part of an [ineffective] effort to help curb grafitti.
