Boyz II Men, Backstreet Boys, Celine Dion, Savage Garden, Will Smith, Jewel, Ricky Martin......

You need to do more than just turn in your man card.

Mine only go back to 2003, because that's when I formatted this HDD and copied them all back from CD.

I think I have songs from 1984.. But the actual file date would be around 1999 it was likely Eiffel 65 "blue"

the first mp3 i ever leeched was Usher - You Make Me Wanna. I hadn't even heard of the song before, and I was just testing the whole mp3 thing out with Winamp. 1998 I believe.

That is when I got a new computer (November 2000) and i'd lost a lot of MP3s since then...so those are backed up ones. My first MP3s I had ever downloaded would be in 1998. I really started downloading in 1999 - 2000. Now I have 8,000 MP3s. Not a LOT...but a good bit.

September/October of 1997, freshman year of college when high speed internet was a rare treat and mp3's were freely shared on the dorm networks. :)

1997. I started working at an ISP while in high school and had access to a T1.

i think he might as well have a sex change, too.

but my oldest mp3s were replaced a few years ago when i was doing a hard drive restore. i accidentally erased everything w/o backing up  and so i had to end up downloading a lot of the mp3s i still have today.

so my oldest mp3s are probably 2002-2003.

the ones in the OP are damn old though, almost ten years
