Man.. you all have cheap insurance, I'd kill for ANY of the rates there.

The last time I was insured on my own policy (I'm "borrowing" a family members car now.. indefinitely and paying them for the ins. on it)...

87 Cavalier, bought for $500
$138/mo for liability only (like I would get anything else on a $500 car.. heh.)

that was the cheapest around. Minnesota sucks. No moving violations, but I had not been insured for 6 months prior continually (NO CAR, why the heck would I buy insurance?!), and was 20 years old.

Ah well, I hate insurance companies. They rape you hard.

You want to hear some craziness?

I drive a '98 Accord EX V6 coupe, and my insurance is.........................................

......................

$300/mo!!! Yah, tell me that's not crazy. I'm paying almost $800/mo for a damn Honda. I feel that I'm just "paying my dues" so to speak, so my next car will be more along the lines of what I want, and a lot cheaper (my interest rate will be a lot lower).

Also, I live in Tulsa, OK, which apparantly has one of the worst rates for insurance in the nation. Damn hicks too busy shooting birds from their trucks whilst on the highway rather than watching the road I guess.
