21, technical support for monochrome & color laser printers. I do support for authorized technicians & contract customers, I can walk a tech through a teardown & reassembly if necessary. Kinda cool in that regard, other than that it sucks.

Then again, I do get to post here all day, I make relatively good money, & I've had a steady job for almost 4 years.
