how often reapply arctic ceramic

Hi,
I've just applied arctic ceramic like 2 weeks ago, since than my comp has never run anything but full load (SETI@home)
Will the heat actually degrade the ceramic?

My tempat full load:
case: 35
cpu: 47
hsf: vantec aeroflow with arctic ceramic

running 2600+ @ 2255MHZ

Any thoughts, post your temps as well pls...

you only reapply if u remove the HSF IIRC

slk800 and SFII @ 3000 rpm with AS cream.

2500+ @ 3200+ on 1.74V 36C idle 44 Full load

Ceramique is engineered for long-term stability and shouldn't need reapplication.
