how often does proxy.teamanandtech.com refresh?

Oops, I don't know how often the round robin flushes to Mika's proxy (www.teamanandtech.com) but Mika's stats are updated:

Weekly stats every half hour, Full stats every half hour, offset from the Weeklies by 15 minutes, so by checking the weekly and the Full stats, you can get a stats fix every 15 minutes! 😀
 
My pProxy flushes to Mika after it collects 20 blocks. I actually need to up that to about 100 since the production through the rr has increased.
