How often does AT do the value system build?

So i havent kept up with things for several years (since my last build) and im totally out of the loop. Anand's value build would fit my budget pretty well. Any idea when the next one is coming out? Or of any other sites that have a fairly recent/up-to-date one posted?

If you search the general hardware you will find plenty of threads for builds of various budgets, most of which end up being as good if not better then the systems in those guides.

If you can't find one with specs similar to what you are looking for you can always start your own thread, everyone else seems to be doing it.
