How often do you upgrade monitors?

I add an extra monitor when an insane deal comes across on something better than what I have and when I actualy have the money. Then I tack the old onto an existing setup. I'm still using 3x 19" on both my primary desktop and my working-from-home desk setup. At work, I have a frankensteined combo of a 22", a 19", and a 17". No doubt in my mind that more real estate = more productivity...
