How often do you run Windows Update?

sometimes I wait to update cause I hate rebooting... 😛
I like the criticals... esp. on a stupid XP system, riddled with holes... 😛

actually , my boss signed my work email up to MS's premium/select security notification SPAM

so whenever stuff like the Slammer worm goes around, i hear about it right away

Thanks for reminding me. I'm building an Asus/AMD powered system and installed XP and office2000 and was in the middle of doing the office updates when I spied your thread.

Thanks. Don't forget to update your office products too, they are as vulnarable as the OS to bad things, and Msoft has updates for it also.
