I have Westell DSL modem from Verizon and a D-Link 614+ router. Only time I have ever reset when I make config change thgat needs one some times the wiresless is a little weird though not sure if it is because the router or my iinternal intel 802.11b mini port.

I believe there is a timing offset with some modems and the cable op's CMTS. I had a Toshiba 1100U which performed perfectly but required me to restart my Netgear or D-Link router anywhere from once every 2 hours to once every 3 days. Now that I switched to a Moto SB5100 I've been solid for weeks. Nothing else has changed. I have also found the SB 3100, 4200 and 4220 to be just as solid. I had a Linksys on the Toshiba and almost wore a trail in the carpet making several trips each night to restart the damn thing. Others have had great luck with the Linksys so I certainly don't think the router was the problem.

Once a few weeks. The DI-704P's print server doens't always work for some reason, and sometimes I have to reset the DI-614+ to get wifi...odd. They seem a bit more reliable better than a few months ago though.
