How often do you refresh the screen when you are on AT?

Do you just refresh the page after viewing a thread?

Or are you one of those compulsive F5 button clicker?

It all depends (F5) on whether or not (F5) I have any threads (F5) currently open or not. (F5). It's also directly related to (F5) whether or not (F5) I have a thread out on an urgent problem that I just can't figure out on my own. (F5F5F5F5F5F5F5F5F5F5).

But for "just lurking", like now, I F5 every 10 minutes or so. I'm at my desk about 75% of my day and it's easy (too easy ) to keep an AT window open and minimized.
