How often do you refresh the ATOT forum?

I've just recently become ADDICTED, it's crack I tell ya. The forum isn't overly crowded, has a decent sized population and people talk just about anything. ATOT > WoW... you've taken time from my life I'll never ever get back, thanks a lot. On the bright side, it's at least more productive than wasting my life away in a game.

i don't refresh, i click and read threads

there is no need for "refresh" if you post , each time you post, it refreshes


so don't refresh, reply instead and you too can become a lifer
