How often do you masticate?

I do it so often I loose count. It's just so great to do, especially when you've got something hard in your mouth... very satisfying.
 
I did just a little bit ago with a bag of Dorito's. I've got cheesy Dorito dust all over my fingers because of it.
 
What forms of mastication do you guys prefer? I always use mouth and tongue, but sometimes my teeth.
 
This reminds me of one time in my english class.
My professor asked this question, and someone answered masticate. And then she replied, nope, not quite.. anyone has a better word?
Being half awake, the first thing that came to my mind when he said masticate was.. masturbate, and I accidently mumbled it at my throat without thinking. Then everyone cracked up laughing. It wasn't meant for anyone to hear. Yeah then my professor was like, we need to be a little more mature here. I was so embarrassed. But then everyone else just thought I was funny 😀 So all is good 🙂
