How often do you get to see your parents?

I havent seen mine since 1 1/2 years, feeling a bit homesick

but my grandma is a different story!

mine live less than 5 miles from me. I get called almost every weekend to help my dad with some cockamaimied project. But the free meals are nice!

usually a few weeks. however if i go that long there is usually a phone call from them asking when i'll be stopping by.

funny part is, I live upstairs.

My father and step-mother live about 15 minutes away. so i see them almost every week. My mother lives in Oregon so i don't get to see her that much. about twice a year. either we fly out there or she comes out this way.

I try to "see" them via video conferencing, though.
