How often do you Floss your teeth?

I floss every night. I also brush twice a day. I've done it pretty much all my life and didn't go to the dentist for almost 3 years until 2 weeks ago. I had NO cavities and flawless gums. My dentist said she hadn't seen such good dental hygiene in a while (especially for someone who hadn't gone to a dentist in 3 years).

Am I borderline obsessive?
