How often do you do the late night fast food binge.

I dont do it on a regular basis but I will get in moods and go alot. It can be between midnight and 1 am and usually hit up Del Taco and when I really wanna go gourmet ill hit up in-n-out.

Once every couple of months. I swing down to 7-11 and get 2 of those microwavable sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. But that's not really fast food.

I get off now at 11:00 and can't stand to eat fastfood for a late dinner. I mostly eat whole grain tortillas and tuna for a late dinner.

My late night craving is cigs, especially when I have been drinking. Probably slightly less healthy than fast food, but I only eat that every other month at best.

I do it every night I stay up late. Since that is every night (I usually go to bed around 3:30-4:00 AM I usually get food around 1:30 or 2.

Taco Bueno, Taco Bell, Jimmy Johns, Thai delivery, Chinese delivery - its all beautiful thanks to modern industrial agriculture and farmer subsidies! Woot.

I used to do that a lot about two years ago...I was also pushing 220 pounds at the time (at 5'7"). I've since lost 80 pounds and have no real desire to gain any of it back, so I haven't had any kind of fast food in at least a year.

I have been up in the middle of the night more often than not lately (one project after another for classes) - I just make some oatmeal or something if I'm hungry late at night. In fact, I'm probably going to do that right now...

Never eat after 8pm unless it's a small sugar free pudding or other comparable snack.

I use to eat all sorts of fast food in the middle of the night while in college but that was a long time ago. Usually it was Taco H*ll, Milos, Checkers or Wendys... sometimes I'd hit up the local bars like Lil Irelands. hehe

(Del Taco... is that the place in Cali that puts parmesean cheese on their shells? zomg that place was awesome)

Nah Del Taco is a mexican food place thats better then Taco Bell, they also have burgers but for the most part its mexican fast food, alot better then Taco Bell quality wise.

I never eat after 9:00pm, and an evening snack might be some crackers and cheese. Large amounts of food just before I go to bed is a sure way to put on lots of unwanted weight.

Used to work two jobs, so my eating schedule was really wacked. Usually I'd hit up on chinatown on my 2am lunch break. Sometimes A&W if I feel like fast food. Didn't put on any weights.

Didn't work the last 5 months and just ate and ate and ate, at any hour of day. Had a steak 6am in the mornings a few times. Lots of meat and greasy unhealthy food in general. God forbid how many cases of beer I had. At least 2 a day. Before I was considered scrawny, at 5'6" 115lbs, now I'm more normal looking at 132lbs.

Still eat at odd hours. Definitely noticed my metabolism has slowed down significantly. Went back to work just couple weeks ago. Will see how I fare then.
