How often do you defragment?

Never - considering that I reformat my computer about every 6 months, I have no need to. My computer only gets like 3% fragmented at the most, so there's no real use in defragmenting it.

It's very overrated IMHO. For some reason PC newbs think that it's the answer for everything. "Computer running slow - how about defragging it! YOu don't need more RAM, you need to defrag!!!!!! My computer is always giving me messages like "Low System Memory", maybe I dhould defrag 😉"
