how often do you cut yourself during shaving?

one little stubborn-ass stubble meant I had to get a little creative with the razor, now I've got a big ass cut on my lip and it looks like I have super herpes D:

I haven't cut myself during shaving since I was a teenager and I forgot how annoying it can be when you nick yourself good. I'm not talking about the tiny little cuts that bleed for 2 seconds and that's it, I'm talking about those where it looks like you took a potato peeler to your face and went to town.
