Daily, I usually cook a double portion when I get home from school and have the leftovers for lunch the next day. Lately I've found that making bread is great for stress relief in the middle of loooooong reading sessions.

My wife usually cooks a couple of days a week, she's usually only home from thursday/friday thru sunday. I usually grill 12 lbs. of chicken breast and some other meat to be used by everyone throughout the week. Sometimes I'll throw in a large quantity of a side dish, today is was a brown rice pilaf with mushrooms, onions, and peppers.

I agree with state 08...I don't know how people can eat such raw meats. Anything less than well-done is NOT done in my book.
Sorry you guys are missing out. That reminds me, I have to call my dad, he just went tuna fishing. Have to have him ship me some steaks or maybe I'll just get them from him when I visit next weekend. Last time I went with him, we were eating the fish while it was still twitching. 🙂

You're sick. How do you eat that crap raw? Don't you know how dangerous that could be to your body and how BAD it must taste? You're right I don't know what I'm missing, and I never want to know either.

Never heard of sushi?

Cookies, pies, and other baked sweets...at least weekly
Meat...2-4 times week (make large portions to last multiple nights)
