Twice a day the right way.

I've heard that brushing too much can wear away the enamel of your teeth? That may not be true. I probably wouldn't brush more than twice a day since I'm too lazy anyway.

UH OH

3+... pretty much whenever my teeth feel icky... which is quite often with the friggin godforsaken braces!!!
I wish my parents had them done when I was a kid, now at least there are other dorks out there like Tom Cruise with braces...

I read that if you were only going to brush once a day, the best time to do it would be at night before you go to bed. Because this gives you an 8 hour period when bacteria won't be causing decay on your teeth. I don't know how people can go to sleep without brushing there teeth, it's disgusting.

Only time I have ever gone to sleep without brushing my teeth is when im passed out drunk. But then the alcohol acts as antiseptic. 😉

to add on to my previous post about brushing just twice a day. i don't really feel that it's necessary to brush more. i've never had a cavity in my life. i don't have braces or retainers or dentures or anything. doing what i've done has always been "good enough" so far. so minuswell keep doing it.

do you think its more important to brush more thoroughly at night or in the morning?

at night because it gets rid of all the crap from the day so it doesn't sit for 8 hours while you sleep.

I floss my teeth, brush it, then gargle with Listerine, then use my Sonicare. (I LOVE SONICARE, IT'S THE SHIZNIT)

My teeth feel like fresh from the dentist and breath stays fresh all day long.

Then at night, I floss, then brush or Sonicare it.

Sometimes I'll brush my teeth mid-day (after eating lunch)

I thought Sonicare is like brushing teeth so it's not necessary to brush it then use Sonicare to brush it again ??? hmmm From what I heard, Sonicare is the replacement for regular Toothbrush...

I brush twice a day, bedtime and after breakfast.... Floss everyniight if I remember... I hate floss but have to...

twice a day, sometimes 3 times right when I get home from work if they feel like they need it. Also use listerine in the mornings and use that ACT flouride stuff at night
