I floss my teeth, brush it, then gargle with Listerine, then use my Sonicare. (I LOVE SONICARE, IT'S THE SHIZNIT)

My teeth feel like fresh from the dentist and breath stays fresh all day long.

Then at night, I floss, then brush or Sonicare it.

Sometimes I'll brush my teeth mid-day (after eating lunch)
