I'm wondering for multiple reasons, one of them is because one girl who I guess was interested in me already had a BF and so I didn't bother calling her b/c of that. Later that year I ended up seeing her with another guy, I see her every once in a while now, though she is clearly not as enthusiastic as when I first met her (might be Pissed off?).

Guys do it...girls do it. If a girl starts looking for another guy, and that guy is you, she's probably going to do the same thing. Some people (guys and girls) are just never satisfied with themselves. "Is this the best I can get?" and then they go on looking for something new and exciting. They aren't ready for any kind of relationship. Don't feel too bad.
