How often can you apply Crest White strips?

Curious, because I hear it's bad to put them on too often. I did one box like 4 months ago, and now my sister found a by one get one free deal and she gave me another box. soo...should i wait or can I apply them?

they both suck. They say every 6 months on the box. I put on two back to back and it didn't help, then again my teeth a mild so I don't think that goes to make the mild ones look like some zoom whitening or anything.


one day i'll do the $1200 whitening and see just what everyone is raving about.

i'm not too fond of a product that supposedly whitens your teeth but they want you to go through the process again every six months.

i'd rather have some lasting whitening.
