How OCD are you about keeping your car clean?

haven't washed it since i got it detailed in the summer
i really need to wash it once at least for the winter and inside

I'm extremely OCD about my cars. I just spent a couple of hours doing the interior of my car, and it's only about 1/3rd done. I haven't got any pics of my own car, but here's a job I did on my GF's car a while ago. It needed a total interior clean, so this is what I did (took me most of the day):
