Haha poooooooned. I lost a phone a while back and never got it returned...I deactivated it the next day and ended up having to get a cheap phone off eBay to use. Wasn't too bad because the phone I lost was a cheap Kyocera anyway. Now I have a Razr and I'm never losing it. Ever.
 
I lost my cell phone in an airport not that long ago, anyone who doesn't return a phone is an ass. Checked all the lost and founds in both cities for about a week, no phone turned up.

Those people are ghetto scum and deserve whatever humiliation they get. I don't care if you're poor, holding onto someone else's phone is just as bad as stealing it because you KNOW they'll be looking for it
