Amazingly though it is right on schedule for delivery as promised. It is roughly 200 miles from Louisville, KY to Virginia.

So basically they shipped it to Louisville first, ok that's fine, but then they shipped it to Arizona? You'd think if they had 2 days to get it there they would use a smarter package routing than that. So was it UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS or other?

UPS. Check the one below from USPS. This one was definitely not on time. Something called UPS Innovations delivered it into the USPS system and provided the tracking.

OOOOOPS (UPS) did that to me one time. They route packages to northern TX through Mesquite before sending them to the individual cities for delivery, and usually when I see it hit there, I know I'll get it the next day. 🙂

One time they somehow or other mistook one of my packages for one going to New Orleans, and it was delayed 2 days cuz it got to NOLA, then got sent back to Mesquite, before it came here for delivery. 🙁

When I called UPS to complain about the extra 2 days, their answer was that it was still within the 7 to 10 days that are promised for ground delivery, and that I had nothing to complain about. Nice customer service, eh?
