how NOT to dispose of excess gunpowder

Interesting. I literally had no emotional response whatsoever to that article.

The police reports below the article are interesting...

3:40 p.m.: A man said a neighbor threw live fish into his backyard on the 600 block of East Sixth Street. Police said no one saw the neighbor do it and closed the case.

10:39 a.m.: A woman on the 2700 block of Jackson Avenue said she received a call from a guy who claimed to be from JC Penney, asking if she was going to be home all weekend. She said she never shopped at Penney?s, and wondered if it was a scam.

WTF. People really seriously call 911 for shit like this? No wonder people call 911 here in L.A. and get put on hold.

He didn't wish it on anybody. It just doesn't sound like he cares if it happens. People die, often due to being stupid. Are we supposed to mourn every idiot who kills themselves doing stupid things?
