About $700.

With the $350 Video Card and 19" NEC monitor ($200) and $50 speakers. I am sure its worth more than $700. How much is between seller and buyer. But its a decent system as is, throw a 2.4gig (400fsb) P4 in and that system will scream.

That is what I think. The seller is asking $1400 for the whole system. Do you think he's asking too much or it's a fair price?
