How much would this be worth?

I have no idea where to put this at all. I'm not advertising to sell it...just asking opinions on what it's worth.

I have a PC I may sell to a friend that I don't use anymore. I basically don't want to rip him off so I decided to ask opinions. I would go by the current market value of each item, but certain components are no longer made (the case I believe is not available anymore as I can't locate it online).

MSI K8N Neo4-F Mobo
AMD64 3000+ (at 2.2Ghz currently but can go up to 2.5 easily with the right cooling)
SB Audigy 2 Soundcard
1GB (2x 512MB) Corsair XMS3200 c2
BFG 7800GT OC
Enermax 430watt PSU
Seagate 120GB SATA HD
Pioneer DVD-Rom Drive
40x CDRW (forget brand atm probably Lite-On)
Antec Mid-Tower Case (not sure of model it's quite old)


Again I had no idea where something like this should go because I'm not trying to sell it online.

Price checks are against the rules here.

That means if you get a price, it may be crap.

He's your friend, sell it to him for what you want.
He doesn't know how much its worth either, he trusts you.
