How much would my Corsair 450VX PSU be limiting my OC

I'm having a difficult time breaking 3.4GHz stable with my Q9550 e0 stepping with foxconn x48 blackops mobo, g.skill ddr1600 cl9 ram, and 8800GTS 320MB.

Just wondering how much role the PSU is playing in this.
 
Your system can actually run off a 300w PSU when I plugged it in a PSU calc. The 450VX is easily capable of 500watts as it's a bit underrated, so I don't think it's the PSU that's holding you back.
