How much would it take for you to leave your current job?

So, let's say you have a cushy job, pays fairly well, and you're kinda happy with it. How much of a pay raise (% wise) would it gets you thinking, and leaving?

I like my job quite a bit.
I love the company I work for.

If It was to go to another company to do the same type of job, then it would take a lot, maybe 40%.
If It was to change jobs but within the same company ... and it was a job that I would like to do, I think I would do it for 5%.
