How much would it cost to get a clutch master/slave cylinder replaced?

My 94 GSR's clutch master cylinder just went out on me, and I bought the master and slave cylinders so I can replace both to save headaches in the long run.

How much can I expect to pay for labor?

I called a couple shops around, and the best deal so far is $100 to replace both, and the guy is gonna show up to my house to perform the work.

I did mine for under $20 and about 15 minutes of work.

It's NOT hard!

(Slave only)

If the master isn't bad, don't replace it!

On mine (A Nissan) it was one bolt and a hydraulic line.

The clutch master cylinder is bad, though. It's not holding pressure, and I have to bleed the system. I know absolutely nothing about how to fix it though. The hardest thing I've done was change my oil.

Otherwise, I'd gladly do it myself.

If the slave is leaking, how do you know the master is bad?

I guess I should have mentioned this earlier, I actually took it to a shop and they told me the slave and master are both leaking 🙁

I already have the parts, just need to know how much to expect for labor...

If you can get it done for $100 and they come to you, it isn't a bad deal. You might be able to find it cheaper, but if you don't you're not getting ripped off.
