Why you doing it??? Noise getting to you???

I don't know exact numbers but I can imagine it could be quite a bit...Even some of the crappy coolermasters a think push more than that...

I got a 60 mm fan on my cheapo HSF(9.00) from tcwo.com and its like 5600rpm and pushes 22cfm...no vibrations...tbird 1.1@1.2 38c idle 45c highest...

If this a temp thing use the lower fan...I would shop around I know there has to be better 60mm fans that won't do this...

In my experience my older high rpm 40mm fan (18cfm) could only keep my tbird750@825 at 36c 42 high and now my tbird 1.1@1.2 at 38c 45 high...at default 1.1 it is 36c idle so about 2c per 100mhz...so 4 cfm more cooled 350mhz gain to same numbers....13cfm drop I think is going to be 10+ idle and maybe even more at full load...IMO and in my brief experience of my own...I use same thermal pad on both...same manufacturer...new HSF has slightlt larger HS portion with a slightly reduced profile...

From a single experience (statistical reliability null) I got 3 more degrees(Celsius) dropping 2 cfm. Heat transfer is not a linear function in many cases and you need to experiment a bit with your own conditions.

Why not swap it with another 60mm fan? I put a Sunon on my volcano 2 and works fine. No vibrations. But I agree with the rest, probably 3-5C diff
