How much will a GPU water block help a GPU OC?

i'm wondering how much many more mhz i can milk out of my gainward gf3 core with a waterblock.

i already have the whole watersetup, so it would not be hard to add in another block.

is anyone using a waterblock on their GPU? and if so what are your OCs?

Unless you know that you have a problem with overheating the waterblock won't do a lot of good. I used a waterblock on my GF2 GTS and on my GF4 MX440 and saw no improvements in the overclock. If I chilled the water then I saw an advantage in overclock. Unless you are willing to somehow get the water below room temperature you probably won't get a better OC.
