I'm building a Dual P3 rig and I'd like to know how much wattage on the PS I'll need.
Its probably gonna be pretty bare bones.

Motherboard
Two P3 700s
Video card
NIC
1 small 5400 RPM HD

thats it...I'm sure I'll need minimum 300 watts...but I'd like a second opinion. Thanks.

275-300W PS should do. Even the 1GHz P3 doesnt require too much power compared to the Athlon/Duron/P4.

Hell, my P3 @ 1158MHz consumes the same amount of power as a Duron at 650MHz.

It doesnt seem like you have much in there that's truely too stressful on the PS, you could probably even get away with a decent 250W model.

I'll see what I need, if I can get a 400 watt for under 60 bucks that'd be sweet.
