How much wattage can a 3pin header on a Epox 8rda+ take?

I have all my fans hooked to a rheobus except the the sidepanel fan, I use a 4led low RPM(1.8w) watt 80mm on the panel door. I had a extra 4led laying around so I decided to screw the two together with a washer between them then use a 2-1 adapter for the 3pin, then plugged it into the board. They total under 5watts together, will that hurt my board?


PS I lost the manual and the EPOX's website never works when I go there, so couldn't DL it.
 
most headers can take 5 watt's, I have the 8RDA+ manual and could find no mention of their specs.. really in all honesty I wouldn't go above a 3W load on any single header just to be safe...
