Running Overclockulator, the program says a 290w quality psu should handle that configuration. That's mostly because you are running off of integrated graphics. Just to be safe for any future upgrades I'd suggest about a 400w unit.

PurdueRy is right on the money. With no video card your system will be drawing < 200W on average. A quality 330W power supply will give you all the power you need and more.
