Hi I have narrowed down my gpu choices to these three and was hoping I could get some help deciding which to get and which is the best value for my dollar.
#1 . GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST Superclocked 1GB GDDR5 at 139.99 with 20$ more off mail in rebate
#2 . Radeon HD 7790 OC Dual-X 1GB GDDR5 at 129.99
#3 . GeForce GTX 650 TI BOOST 2GB GDDR5 at 154.99 with 20$ mail in rebate
also would this psu be enough to power these and if not what can you recommend ?
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 450W 80Plus Gold Certified Power Supply at 42$
Also I play games at 1920 x 1080 with an i52320
Any help is much appreciated

Definitely get at least 2GB Vram. I'm thinking with current AMD price slashes you might be able to get something quite a bit more powerful for not a lot more, although if you can't stretch much higher a 650TI boost will be fine for medium settings in modern games and high settings in older games.

Your PSU will easily handle any single GPU card

I got a 7850 2gb for $110 AR a little while ago. So keep a eye on the 7850 2gb cards, that will be the sweet spot IMO.

There are some 2gb 7870's for $150 AR right now.
