How much voltage is too much for RAM?

I didn't want to sit there testing different voltages for my RAM so i just bumped it up to 2.8V
it's doing 2.5 3 2 7 @250 with that... is this dangerous, or should i try to lower the voltage some?
 
No problem... did you oc the RAM? The reason I ask is because you have ddr500 RAM, dual channel operating @250mhz, and that's what you're at right now. If you overclock it to at least 260mhz, you'll be able to oc the 3800+ higher with a 1:1 ratio.
