How much voltage is too much for a Radeon 9500 Pro?

Never really messed w/ the voltages for a video card before. Can I put 1.6 V for it? I wanna OC it a bit more.
 
Changing the voltage can't help it, it can only hurt. Voltage has nothing to do with your overclock. On vid cards, that is.
 
Too much voltage is any voltage higher than the factory default. The absolute quickest way to fry your card.

Actually increasing voltage can improve stability,just like when you increase ram voltage it can help with stability on some systems,now the trick is finding the right safe voltage,1.6v will be fine its within safe limits.
