So it seems PTO of .097 per hour worked (at 40 hours a week I get 25 days) is pretty decent, 5 weeks total. That makes me happy.

WTF does time off / personal days mean?

In my company, we get 2 weeks vacation (10 weekdays + 4 weekend days) every year after completing one year. After completing ten years, its three weeks. And Four weeks (max.)_ after twenty.

I know this sux 🙂

That's all I get after 7 years.

Damn, that's AWFUL...after 5 years I get 10 hours/month, maximum of 176 hours at the end of any pay period (I have 176 hours now!!! near 4 weeks). 8 hours of sick time per month, unlimited accrual. 10 vacation days and a floater. Plus, due to OT, I have 83 hours of comp time I can use whenever.
