How much toner?

I have a Lexmark E210 laser printer and its been printing slightly faded lately. It seems when I reinstall the driver things get better. This is what I just poured out of it - is it time for more toner? Where to get it from.

You need to replace your cartridge, you seriously effed it up if you were able to pour toner out of it.

What do you mean? How is this different than me shaking it side to side to even out the toner.

toner cartridges are usually sealed and should not leak large quantities of toner

Oh - it didn't leak, there's a plug on one end of the cartridge. I though maybe it was bone dry in there.
