How much to sell a used MSI P55-CD53?

I was wondering, what would be a reasonable selling price for an MSI P55-CD53? I plan to initially try to sell it either on OfferUp or Craigslist. Would it be worth selling? It has been a very reliable board for us, but now I think is the time to upgrade. I also have an Intel Core i7-870; should I sell it together or separately?
