I have a drug test coming up and I am very concerned about it. I just had one bottle of regular beer on Tuesday night, when is it safe to take drug test?

Marijuana is practically the only drug that stays in your system a significant ammount of time after ingestion.
If it's been longer than a couple of hours(at the most), you're fine.

what the? it's not the beer that is going to be a problem, but that weed you smoked earlier tonight.
It takes the liver approximately 1 hour per 0.5 oz of alcohol. Beer is usually about 4% alcohol? If so, 12 oz beer * 0.14 alcohol = 0.48 ounces of alcohol. So about an hour.

Your best bet is to mask the beer in your system by diluting it with something....say a fifth of gin or whiskey....just about an hour before the test for maximum effect.

Drug tests don't typically test for alcohol. Besides, alcohol isn't illegal...what on earth are you worried about?
