How much sleep do you normally get?

I've been sick all week, so I've been getting 12-14 for the past 4-5days. Normally it's about 6 or so. Granted, if I could fit a full sized matress in my bedroom, instead of this flimsy sofabed, then I'd be getting a much better rest.

It all depends on how much sleep I had the night before ....

6 hours is enough (average over a period of time) ... however, I like to try to get 7 to 7.5 usually. That way, when I wind up only getting 2 or 3 one day, it doesn't hit me to hard as I was "banking" extra sleep hours. It works MUCH better than trying to catch up for sleep later ....

Usually 7-7.5 hours. I am a light sleeper though, so I will randomly wake up at night and it may take 10-20 minutes to get back to sleep.

When I get tired at work, I say I am going take a "bathroom" break. 15 minutes later and I am good to go.

Not enough.

I usually fall asleep around 11:30 and wake up at 5:45-6:00am. No coffee, I don't like coffee. Shower usually does a good job of waking me up normally, but on school days I get hit with a wave of sleepiness when I step into my economics class.

I sleep about 8 hours a night. 3 - 4 cups of coffee in the morning to get rolling. 2 or 3 Mountain Dews in the afternoon to keep rolling.

Average 4-7 hours. Over 9 hours will give me a headache. I never get enough to be fully awake all day, except if I take a nap in the afternoon/evening, but then I wont be able to get to sleep, so I'm screwed for the next day.

7 hours on a good night.

whether or not I'm tired all depends on how I wake up. if I wake up naturally, whether I've gotten 5 hours of sleep or 8 hours, I'm not tired at all. but if my alarm clock wakes me up, even if I've gotten a solid 8-9 hours of sleep, it will take me forever to get going.

Four hours. Five max. Get to sleep by 10:30,up by 2:30 AM, no coffee, no caffeine, nuthin but adrenaline. I've got to be home by 12:30 so the wife can go to work and I can be a daddy to my 2.5 year old daughter. Nothing like it :>)

Peace

6-7 hours if I'm lucky; usually asleep by 10-11PM and up by 6... Last night I slept for 10.5 hours, I needed the rest.

5-7 hours on weekdays, 7-9+ on weekends. If I'm by myself (ie not with gf) and have no obligations I sometimes sleep for 10-12 hours hehe

On a good night, around 7-7.5 hours. On a compulsive gameplay night, around 6-6.5 hours. On a movie marathon night, around 5-5.5 hours. I don't do coffee.

p.s. What's been going on lately, Night of the Living Dead Threads? 😛
