How much sleep do you normally get?

And How much sleep do you normally need to be fully awake?

Does this require coffee or another type of caffinated drink in the morning?

need? about 7-7.5. get? 5-6.5. One cup of coffee in the mornings on the weekdays. a few cups or none at all on the weekends.

I naturally need about 9-10 hours (if I sleep undisturbed with no requirements for waking up, I will naturally get up in about that time). However, I usually get around 7-8 (which isn't bad I suppose).

the question in your subject line and the question in the post are.. not =. 😛

I normally get about.. 6 hours of sleep. I really need 7.5 hours.. but even when I can, I don't often manage to stay asleep that long. I shoulda been born in one of those siesta-practicing societies.. 6 hours and a nap after lunch would be perfect. 🙂

I usually drink the whole pot of coffee.. but it takes me all day and it's 2/3 decaf.. so.. not totally caffeine dependent..

anno

used to be 4 hours during weekdays and whatever on weekends. as of late, i been trying to change that awful habit as i came to realize how much sleep deprivation has been hampering me in just about everything 😱
