How much sleep do you get before work every night?

I get about 8... yet lately I've been extremely tired every day. I have a very good diet and exercise a lot so I'm not sure why.

I get around 6 to 7 hours, most of the time 6. I never really feel tired or anything like that.

5-6

Sleep is for the weak.

Edit: you may be sleeping too much. I know that if I sleep for more than 7 hours, I'm usually more tired than if I only get 6.

I know it's hard to do, but try breaking up your sleep. Take a nap when you get home from work. You'll recover the time later by staying up just a little bit more. I always feel better and more energized when I sleep when I'm tired, not force myself to sleep on a arbitrary schedule. I usually take a nap at 7:00PM to 8:30PM and go asleep again at 2:00AM in the morning. (My work starts at 8:30AM, so I wake up at 7:30)

7 hours total but I feel a lot more rested then when I use to try and force myself to sleep at 12:30AM.

6-8, since I have a short commute, but it all depends how late I stay up. Nine would be nice, but that's just a pipe dream.

Varies wildly depending on what I'm doing - how much heavy lifting I had to do at work and if I am going out with friends. Some nights I get 9 while others I get 4. It probably averages out to around 7

6-7 is normal and fine

tonight i'll get 5 or 5.5 if i am lucky

5 is ok once in a while
less than 5 isn't acceptable, unless it is an emergency and i can take a nap the next day

Under normal circumstances, 8-10. It's drug induced, else it would be 0.

EDIT: 8-10 hours, and I hate it. It takes entirely too much time out of my day, so my weeks become constant repetitions of work & sleep.

6-7, though I could probably use closer to 8 since my work days are fairly exhausting.

Is it a solid 8 or do you wake up during the night?

used to get 7, but for the last few months I've been getting 6 so I've been exhausted!

Well when I go to bed, it's generally about 8-7 hours before I'm going to wake up. Unfortunately for some reason I'm never tired when I go to bed and I end up only getting five.
